Lacey Hickox (E-RYT 500)
Lacey is an E-RYT 500 and is inspired to share the healing power of yoga with the global community and is continuously seeking to learn, explore, and live the path of yoga as teacher and humble student. Lacey views this sacred practice as a path to self-discovery and self love and as a divine tool to deepen one's connection with Spirit. She infuses her offerings with many modalities including Thai Massage, Reiki, Sound Healing, Earth Medicine and Shamanic Ceremony. Her intention is to leave students feeling empowered, centered, focused and inspired to continue the yoga practice off the mat with an emphasis on the principles of mindfulness, awareness, patience and a deep reverence for Pachamama. Lacey aspires to hold space for students to dive deeper into their practice both physically and spiritually and to connect with the beauty that is within and all around.
Lacey has been fortunate enough to study with many beautiful souls and finds deep inspiration from the teachings of Mark Whitwell, Janet Stone, Shiva Rea, Shri Brahmananda and her teachers in the Andes Mountains of Peru. Lacey has lived, studied and practiced in several different ashrams and spiritual communities worldwide, immersing herself in the depths of this practice. She has a playful yet grounded approach to this journey and is a devoted student of life.
Lacey loves the growth and awareness that comes with travel. She finds inspiration from seeking new practices and learning about different traditions around the world while connecting to the global consciousness. You can often find her teaching at retreats as well as sharing workshops and participating in yogic conferences and festivals internationally. Lacey is honored to hold space as a Sacred Paths Yoga facilitator for their transformational yoga teacher training programs and retreats.
